Homemade and local produce

All our dishes, cakes and desserts are homemade and all our suppliers are local. Our coalfish is a sustainable possession, our cheeses are from the Vedrenas cheese dairy and our meats from the Gouget Boucherie in Sauviat Sur Vige.
